Mr Don Clarke

LLB (Hon) Non-Executive Chairman (Independent)
Until recently, Don had been a corporate partner of the law firm, Minter Ellison, for over 25 years. While Don remains as a consultant to Minter Ellison, he retired from his role as a senior partner of the firm on 30 June 2015. Don has extensive commercial law and business experience from over 30 years advising ASX listed and large private companies across a broad range of industries on corporate law, governance and investment issues. Don is currently the Deputy Chairman of ASX listed Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB, a leading travel company), and a former director of ASX listed companies Circadian Technologies Limited, Phosphagenics Limited and Polynovo Limited.

Mr Michael Kleinig

BAppSc(AppSc/Biochem), GAICD – CEO/Managing Director
Michael has been involved in business development, mainly in the biotechnology space, for over 20 years. Over the past 7 years, he has held the position of CEO in biotechnology companies as well as senior executive and management positions at Clinuvel Ltd (ASX–CUV) and CSL Ltd (ASX–CSL). He is also the Principal of two private Pharmaceutical/Business Development/Management consulting companies. Michael is a qualified Company Director and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. With his past business associations, Michael has an extensive range of experience in R&D, process development, regulatory and commercialisation. He also has extensive experience in the business aspects of a company including capital raising, investor relations and out- and in-licensing of intellectual property.

Mr Doug Rathbone

Doug Rathbone, Chairman of Rathbone Wine Group (RWG) is an experienced public company director. Under his leadership, Nufarm successfully transitioned from a small Australian business into one of the world’s leading crop protection and seed companies, with operations throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. Doug is also a director of Cotton Seed Distributors; AgBiTech; Leaf Resources; B4D; Cann Group and Chia Seeds as well as President of My Room, a children’s cancer charity. RWG also advises several Chinese companies as well as private equity. Doug is an honorary life governor of the Royal Children’s Hospital and a former director of the Burnett Centre for medical research as well as a former member of the Rabobank Advisory Board and Board member of CSIRO. Doug was named the Rabobank Agribusiness Leader of the Year in 1999 and was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2003 for outstanding service to science and technology. Doug was listed several times in Engineers Australia top 100 most influential engineers, and was awarded the Institute Engineers Australia “Sheddon Pacific” medal for excellence in engineering. In 2007 he was awarded the “Chemica Medal” by the Australian Federation of Chemical Engineers and in 2006 Queens Birthday honours, Doug was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for service to the community, chemical engineering, and viticulture. RWG is a family wine business – its labels include Victorian wineries, Yering Station and Mount Langi Ghiran, and Xanadu winery in Western Australia.
